- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortilla briefly on both sides to make it pliable.
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread refried beans evenly in the center, leaving a wide margin at the edges.
