- 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the sugar on a clean work surface and place the puff pastry sheet on top.
- Brush the pastry with 1/8 cup of the melted butter and sprinkle another 1/4 cup of sugar evenly over the top.

- Allow the Palmiers to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
