- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 cup chicken broth
