  • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and paprika in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the skillet, cooking until browned on all sides, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve with rice or naan bread.
