Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 whole parathas
  • 1 cup sliced onions and bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Add the chicken slices and coat them evenly. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the marinated chicken slices and cook until tender and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Place a paratha on a flat surface. Arrange a portion of the cooked chicken slices in the center of the paratha.
  4. Top the chicken with a mixture of sliced onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  5. Carefully roll the paratha to encase the filling tightly, forming a wrap. Repeat with the remaining parathas and filling.
  6. Serve the Kathi Rolls warm, accompanied by additional lemon wedges for extra zing.
