  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup whole almonds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  2. Spread the coconut mixture evenly in an 8" x 8" pan, pressing down firmly to create an even layer.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled coconut mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Scatter whole almonds on top, pressing them slightly into the chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is fully set, about 15 to 20 minutes.
