- 3 pounds pork shoulder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 buns
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork shoulder.
- Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the top of the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
