Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, beaten egg, and minced garlic until combined.
- Form the mixture into 16 small meatballs.
