Ingredients

  • 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 9" x 13" baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Repeat the melting process with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate in a swirling pattern.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and sea salt evenly over the chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate the bark for at least 30 minutes or until set.
