Spicy buffalo cauliflower bites paired with creamy blue cheese dip offer a tangy twist to traditional wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place coated florets onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until florets are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and toss baked florets in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Return to baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with a side of blue cheese dressing and garnish with chopped green onions.
