Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks, cut in half

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
