  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 to 1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
  6. Spread 1/4 cup of melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 even slices.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Cover and let rise again for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. While the rolls bake, prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  11. Once the rolls are baked, allow them to cool for a few minutes before spreading the cream cheese frosting on top.
