  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 whole red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 whole onion, sliced
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 4 whole brioche buns, toasted

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground beef with the fajita seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
