Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce

- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 stalks scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Toss the chicken pieces in a large bowl with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to make the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the coated chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
