  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture; beat well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks with a spatula.
