  • 8 cocktail sausages
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface and cut it into 8 equal strips.
  3. Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges with a bit of the beaten egg.
  4. Place the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg.
