  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and spread them out in an even layer. Let them cook undisturbed for about 5 minutes, allowing them to brown.
  3. Stir the mushrooms and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown and tender.

  5. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Finish by stirring in the chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
