Ingredients
- 1 lb pork ribs
- 1 whole onion, chopped

- 10 cups water
- 1 packet Sinigang mix
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 10 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add pork ribs, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 40 minutes until the meat is tender.
- Stir in the chopped onions, quartered tomatoes, and sliced daikon radish. Continue simmering for 10 minutes.
- Add the Sinigang mix, stirring well to dissolve, then add the water spinach. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce according to taste.
- Ladle the hot soup into bowls and serve with steamed rice.
