Ingredients

- 1 tbsp ginger, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add beef brisket and boil for 30 minutes, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add soy sauce, gochugaru, gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sugar. Stir well and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, ensuring the flavors are balanced.
