Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs with chili powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the pan and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

  5. Reduce heat to low and cover the pan. Simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
