- 1 cup ham, diced

- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika

- Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced ham, sliced sausage, and chopped bacon. Cook until the meats are browned.
- Add diced carrots, diced potatoes, and chopped onions to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Stir in the kidney beans and diced tomatoes. Add 1 tsp paprika, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Place the stone in the pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Let it cook for 45 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
