Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in this mixture until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and hoisin sauce. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
