Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 4 bags chrysanthemum tea
- 2 Tbsp agar-agar or gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chrysanthemum tea bags. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and place the tea back on low heat.
- Stir in the agar-agar or gelatin until it is completely dissolved.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until the jelly sets, about 4 hours.
- To unmold the jelly, dip the molds in hot water for a few seconds before inverting them onto a plate.
