- 1 whole duck, bone-in pieces
- 2 cups jasmine rice, uncooked

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large Dutch oven, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add duck pieces and sear until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté garlic and ginger for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally.

- Carefully place duck pieces on top of the rice mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
