Ingredients

- 2 tbsp sesame oil

- In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until the sugar dissolves. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch to create a slurry. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the marinade and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook, stirring continuously, until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
