Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until the sugar dissolves. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix water and cornstarch to create a slurry. Set aside.
