Ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pork with soy sauce and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar to make the sweet and sour sauce.
- Dip marinated pork in beaten egg, then coat with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry pork pieces in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and pineapple over medium heat until slightly tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
