  1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with warm water to form a dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes under a damp cloth.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground pork, minced ginger, and soy sauce thoroughly to make the filling.
  3. Roll out the rested dough into a long cylinder and divide it into even pieces. Flatten each piece into a thin circle with a rolling pin.
  4. Place a small amount of pork mixture in the center of each dough circle. Carefully gather the edges and seal at the top, forming a dumpling shape.
  5. Prepare a steamer and place the dumplings on parchment paper to prevent sticking. Steam the dumplings for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Allow the dumplings to cool slightly before serving, as the filling can be very hot.
