Ingredients
- 1 lb assorted seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Introduce the assorted seafood to the wok and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until almost cooked through.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the seafood. Stir well to combine the flavors.
- Toss in the Thai basil leaves and add water. Stir continuously and cook for another minute until the seafood is fully cooked and the basil leaves are wilted.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy hot, paired with steamed jasmine rice.
