Ingredients
- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken, sliced
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Push chicken to one side and add broccoli florets and sliced carrots. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the soaked noodles, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
