Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Push chicken to one side and add broccoli florets and sliced carrots. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Add the soaked noodles, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Stir-fry until well combined and heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
