Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 4 scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
